House Party on the 17th

Throwing another party - it's our 1st year in our house. We mistakenly set up the party for the 24th which happened to be the night before the Marine Corps Marathon, so we moved the date back 1 week to the 17th. Sorry for any confusion on the dates, but we wouldn't want to conflict with such an import r*cist event!

Long Training Run: 9/20

I ran my scheduled 10 miles today in 1:46:00. Not bad. Especially since I haven't run any considerable distance in 3 weeks.

Traveling for 10 Days

I was off gallivanting around the country. First stop was to Colorado for InterAm, which left me hung over, gassy, and desiring some rest and relaxation. Next stop was to Oklahoma to spend 5 days with my future mother-in-law. Mrs. Spelunker (what I'll call her) is a tiny woman with a lot of spunk. Fortunately, she likes me. Hmmmm.....should I be concerned????
