I’ve made my decision. I am not going to have laser hair removal at this time. I will postpone this endeavor for a year and re-visit prices and my income level next year. I visited 2 laser hair removal locations in the area and received quotes that were MUCH higher than I expected them to be.
A Brazilian with traditional lasers (and 1 hour prep-time) ran from $1875 to $2048. And apparently, a new “pain-free” Alase treatment (no prep-time) is offered at one location for $2448. I don’t know about y’all, but there are many things I could do with $2K other than laser hair removal. The price is gonna have to drop to about $850 - $950 before I’m gonna give up shaving.
